2006 Allegrini Palazzo della Torre
Our Price: $22.50
Sale Price: $20.25

This sultry blend of Corvina & Rondinella demands to be sipped fireside - or at least next to an electric log. Flavors of chocolate dipped fig, raspberry, and cinnamon come from a partial ripasso-style treatment, where a third of the grapes are left to dry and develop warm aromatic characteristics reminiscent of baking spices and cocoa. Topped off with a burst of velvety tannins and sparkle of acidity, the Allegrini likes salty cheeses and craves French onion soup and meaty stews.
2007 Catena Siesta Brut, Mendoza, Argentina
Our Price: $21.00
Sale Price: $18.90

A golden hue that glitters with the occasional green highlight. The scent of white fruits like pear and pineapple; a slightly toasty aftertaste. Its slight effervescence spreads evenly over the entire tongue. It has the texture of a mousse, and its mild acidity produces a very pleasant freshness. A sparkling wine: vivacious, intense and very elegant.
2008 Sineann Pinot Noir, Oregon
Our Price: $32.00

The single vineyard Pinots are specific barrels or specific batches put together to be wonderful, distinctive Pinot Noirs. Most of the rest of the Pinot is blended into the Oregon. When it turns out as good as this year’s Oregon Pinot, we are very happy. The grapes for this Pinot Noir came off several vineyards: Resonance, Able, Yates Conwill, Covey Ridge, Lachini and Schindler. Yes, a very nice set of sources!
2006 Hatcher Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon
Our Price: $50.00
Sale Price: $45.00

Oregon is producing fantastically delicious wines. Bill Hatcher has crafted a wine that sources fruit from some of the best vineyards which include: Ponzi Aurora, Stoller, and Goldshmidt. The wine is a beauty with layers of black cherries, blackberries, clove, and nutmeg that fill the glass and linger on the palate. With a finish that seems to go on forever, it’s a rich silky smooth Pinot that perfectly expresses its terroir.
2008 Sineann Cabernet Franc, Champoux Vineyard, Washingtong
Our Price: $46.00
Sale Price: $41.40

Sineann Cabernet Franc Champoux Vineyard 08 -Huge, burly, chocolate cherries and spice. Under the black, black fruit scents, hints of bacon fat, lilac, roasted meat, and graphite. Gushing black cherry, black plum, blackberry jam, and just a hint of savory umame fill the mouth. A very full bodied, black fruit dominated, unusually plush Cabernet Franc. If this is indicative of the 2008 vintage, it's going to be huge.-
